A little about me I started off wanting to body build, and learn martial arts… not a good combo, so I started looking into types of fitness that enhance the qualities of martial arts, power, and strength… I do a combo of Powerlifting, Calisthenics, and Yin Yoga.
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
A combination of Power Training, Mobility, and Yin Yoga (P.T.M.Y) for longevity. My goal is to enhance your daily life no matter your lifestyle. Whether you sit at a desk for work, or moving furniture for a living.
